We currently offer classes in studio and on zoom. We also have an on demand video library of over 100 videos.

Hatha

MONDAY (IN STUDIO ONLY) & WEDNESDAY 4:30 PM IN STUDIO/ZOOM, TUES & THURS 7 AM IN STUDIO/ZOOM, THURS 4:30 PM IN STUDIO

A style of yoga introducing the traditional postures with emphasis on sun (heat/yong) and moon (cooling/yin) elements. This is a great class for all levels, beginners and advanced yogis. You will leave this class refreshed and connected.

GENTLE YIN

SUNDAYS 10:15 AM IN STUDIO, CANDLELIGHT YIN: MONDAYS 5:45 PM

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that opens connective tissues through seated and lying postures held for extended periods with the aid of blocks and straps. This practice reduces stress, increases circulation, improves flexibility, and encourages mindfulness.

Hatha Flow

MONDAYS 4:30 PM IN STUDIO/ZOOM. FRIDAYS 7 AM.
SATURDAYS 9:30 AM IN STUDIO/ZOOM. SUNDAYS 9 AM IN STUDIO.

This class incorporates a bit more sun salutations. We will begin to explore the vinyasa method, linking movement with breathe. This class will stoke your inner fire, and continue to work on strength and flexibility. This is a stronger practice and prior yoga experience is preferred but not necessary!

Gentle Flow

WEDNESDAYS 6:30 PM IN STUDIO, THURSDAYS 7 PM IN STUDIO, SATURDAYS 10:45 AM IN STUDIO, SELECT FRIDAYS 6 PM

Gentle Flow incorporates a bit of flow to build heat, while also balancing that with poses that focuses on relaxation, stretching, and healing. Expect to link your movements with your breath, while building strength and flexibility. For all levels, especially those new to yoga or seeking a soothing practice. This class is also open to prenatal yogis.

FLOW & RELEASE

TUESDAYS 5:30 PM IN STUDIO

Join Megan for 30 minutes of a strong flow which involves linking the breath with movement, building strength in the body and mind, followed by 30 minutes of restorative postures to support deep release.

Accessible Yoga Community Class

THURSDAYS 5:45 PM IN STUDIO

Join us for an all levels community class that builds strength and flexibility with modifications for all levels of yogis. This is a great class if you are a beginner looking to explore a yoga practice, or coming back to the yoga practice after an injury. Please note this is a community class, so the drop in price is discounted to $15 for this class only. 

Restorative

THURSDAYS 7 PM IN STUDIO

Enjoy restorative yoga with Layla. The thoughtful use of props help to deepen into poses to restore the nervous system and increase flexibility. This relaxing class is great for beginners and students who seek to slow down and have a break. 

Guided Meditation

SUNDAYS AT 5 PM IN STUDIO

If you can think a thought, you can meditate! The reason we meditate is to enrich our lives; it's not for the experience we have during meditation. In this class, we will practice Primordial Sound Meditation in a seated position, which uses a silent mantra-based technique to cultivate stillness and silence. Learn Deepak Chopra’s signature meditation style which includes reflective self-inquiry and intention setting for living a happier, healthier, and more meaningful life. This effective and effortless seated meditation practice will help you create inner peace and tap into your true self, the field of infinite possibilities.
