Krissy is a doTERRA wellness advocate and loves their high quality products. She usually uses them right before the final resting pose, to help you drop in and connect to your Self.
We LOVE candles at SHYC, so there will always be plenty for you to smell and shop! All sustainable, usually local.

YOGA MATS & PROPS
We love Jade Yoga Mats at SHYC, so we always have them available for purchase. With each Jade Yoga Mat bought Jade plants a tree! Not to mention, these mats are made from real rubber, and have no synthetic rubber or plastic. Now, that's a mat you can get down dog with.
SHYC also carries meditation pillows, and cork blocks to support your home practice.
